GlitterExplosion Mistake? Do you believe that using pregnancy is a good way to punish the teenager, or let them face the mistake? I'd rather not use a fetus/baby/whatever as a form of punishment against someone.

GlitterExplosion No one knows. You won't know until it happens, and even then you might not. And yes. It scares me that love might not be forever.

Why is it still accepted to discriminate against obese people?

bonbon664 @bonbon664 (3466) • Canada 29 Aug 08

Why is it unacceptable to say derogatory things about different ethnicities, or colours, but it's ok to be mean to fat people? People are outright nasty to fat people, and I don't think it's right. I just saw a program where a...

GlitterExplosion Right. No one knows why that person sitting at TABLE B is overweight. It could be that she is on medication that caused her to gain weight, maybe she was injured and gained weight due to the lack of mobility, or it was a combination of multiple things. You...

GlitterExplosion Plus, when you are trying to fix a problem, having a lot of stress on top of it is going to make it worse. Instead of getting better, someone might get worse. As people say---if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. Keep it in your head, and...

GlitterExplosion A lot of people drop out, or transfer, after their first semester of college/university. It is hard to tell if you'll like the campus, or if college is for you until you experience it first hand. My college is similar---we have a career fair every semester,...
