IamSamm Oh sorry i did't catch your last respond :) I'm not really capable to answer which exchanger site who are legit so i can't recommend you since i don't have experience dealing with them and it's quite risky, anything that said "paypal-to" most of the time...

IamSamm oh since on your case you want to transfer to alertpay then just reverse the methods You send $30 from your paypal account to your friend's paypal acct ---- then ask your friend to send $30 from his alertpay to your alertpay account

IamSamm Ok lets say you want to transfer $30 to your paypal from alertpay account , send $30 to your friend who got alertpay then ask your friend to send $30 from his paypal account to your paypal account. Your friend needs to have minimum $30 bucks on his paypal...

IamSamm I agreed, its best if you exchange it to you trusted friend who got both alertpay and paypal account so no charges for both side. Theres a bunch of rate exchanger site out there like move-funds.com ( no I'm not promoting teehe its not mine) they charge tho...
