I usually eat 2 meals a day brekfast and dinner I usually skip lunch because i dont have time to eat when im at work which is a pain so I was just woundering how many meals do you eat a day.

I get bruises easily, How do i get rid of them?

I usually get bruises and I don't know where they came from. My skin is sensitive and a little bump might cause me a sudden bruise. How do i get rid of them? They also come in different colors. Thanks!

IneedMONEY99 Drink a lot of milk and eat protein rich foods. That's the only way to strengthen your bones and muscles. Also try to eat as many vitamins as you can to make your skin less sensitive to injuries.

I have a big bruise on the sole of my foot. I don't understand where it came from or what the deal is. Its the size of a golf ball, and black & blue. Anyone know about this or experienced something like it?

IneedMONEY99 You should really go to the doctor because that could be many things from just a blood infection to even a fracture. You might want to put your foot in ice until you can see a doctor.

IneedMONEY99 Sorry about your son :/ He should stay away from those bullies. You should aim for an expulsion for that kid who did that. Hitting should automatically be expulsion, and if not atleast a 15 day suspension, right?

IneedMONEY99 Well it depends for me. If it's a workday and I wake up early, I just roll over and go back to sleep because I want to get the most sleep I can. But, if it's a weekend, I would get up and do whatever the heck I want :D

IneedMONEY99 I used to have a slow internet too, back in the old day. Man it's the most annoying thing ever. I would keep getting disconnected, it would take hours for some sites to load. Then I met Verizon :D. You should also buy Verizon internet. It's very good!
