Anna I had this problem for many years, but now I seem to be able to sleep a little better. The more we are busy and stressed the less we arrive to sleep well.

Be I had some sleeping problems before and I know how it feels like. What helped me a lot is to exercise until I am physically tired. Doing these exercises at least three times a week can help. During those times that I am thinking a lot, I can't also sleep much...
