J3GGN0G For your purposes I would recommended a recreational computer. Photoshop (CS3, CS4, and CS5) itself will run on a 1.8GHz processor and 1GB RAM, but if you want Windows 7 you might run into issues with CS4. I would recommend that you don't go with a netbook,...
