JStevan Frankly speaking, if you are thin and active, there is no need for you to put on weight. Being heavier is not healthy. Ask any fat person. They will list out their painful experiences.

JStevan Agreed. eat chicken prepared at home.This way you will be able to retain the nuitritive value of your chicken at the same time minimise the harmful effects.
