Guys I have a problem with Sierra Wireless Modem

I've purchased this low cost modem right here - http://ymoz.com/netgear-sierra-wireless-aircard-320u-usb-modem-umts-lte/ But the thing is when I try to use it on AT&T it says on the Watcher that I'm Roaming, how do I fix this...
