KDevil Sorry, I mean the candies. When you want to smoke, put a candy in your mouth, then you won't feel like to smoke so badly.

Is it bad to eat two eggs a day?? I like boiled egg alot but I'm worried if eating two eggs a day will be bad for me or something. I like having egg in the morning and sometimes I crave for it for a snack.

KDevil 10 sticks is too much..You can reduce it to 7 per day then to 5..till 1.It is an ancient way that candies can help you give it up.anyhow,good luck!

I say to some degree it does buy happiness. I know I was happier when making $35,000 as opposed to minimum wage. When I made $35,000, I was able to go spend money on activities I enjoyed as opposed to struggling to pay the bills....
