KarenO52 I just remembered, I even had my own boxing gloves. They were one of my favorite things when I was young. My dad used to take me to see the boxing matches, and at first he thought I would be scared, but I loved it.

KarenO52 We now have a timer on the soaker hose to make things even easier. It's great! Last night it went down into the 20's, but we did have the plants covered, and only a few had a touch of frost.

KarenO52 She passed on in December, just a week after her 80th birthday. She had been very ill for a long time. I think that those things she used to say were just some sort of exclamation, and she had fun saying them, and got a kick out of me saying them too.

KarenO52 The two Steve's are not the best dancers, but they did give their best. I was just thrilled that Woz was on the show at all,something I would never have imagned. I've been a fan of his for a long time.

KarenO52 I like to use the dried chickpeas, and I cook them until they are done to make the falafel. The canned ones work all right too. I've tried those mixes for falafel, and i don't like them either. They don't taste authentic.

KarenO52 I like Palin too. It's too bad she's getting so much unfair criticism lately. She was in my area campaigning, and I was talking to some people who saw her, and they said she was a really nice, down-to-earth person. I would like to see her do more.
