What about smoking vs drinking? Do drinkers have more rights?

I feel that smokers are treated as 2nd class citizens and drinkers are portrayed as funny,humourous individuals that are good to hang around and have fun with.

Starting today in Netherland July 1 2008,people cannot smoke inside the premises of any restaurant facilities,cafeteria,disco bar,even the small snack bar.This rule find most of The Netherlander not neutral rules to everybody.And...
