Or drink some caffeine products to stay a wake
Me if i am at home i take a nap now if i m at
Work i might have a soda or energy drink to stay awake.

            Laura Olson My sleep varies each night. I often stay up all night when i think I'm not tired or when I'm preoccupied with my phone. Other times, I go to sleep when I'm tired. Also, if I'm tired and out late at night, I would often have a starbucks coffee to stay awake.

            Laura Olson I weigh 287 pounds so it takes just a little bit of activity for me to burn calories. I do sit ups for a minute, then 5 push ups. I also walk in place for 2 minutes, then I do side steps for 2 minutes, then I walk in place again for another 2 minutes, then I...
