Lore2009 I think there is a lot less relaxing too.. and it seems like a lot of people feel guilty if they do it! Including me. I hope we can find peace in the moment even if it feels like nothing.

Lore2009 yeah, I've seen those commericals and so I tested it out of curiousity.. but it seems like you have to pay money to get the best results.. there are a few things you can do with the freebees but it's not as great as the commericals tell
