If you take something from someone without the knowledge/consent of the owner but you have the intention of returning it before the owner knew it was missing, is this considered stealing or borrowing?

Lshauna1 It is truly a blessing to have someone like that in our lives. They make it so complete. If we do disagree it is minor too. I love him so much some days I do not want to be without him just for a minute.

Lshauna1 It should be a law against using cellphones while driving. It is the major reason for accidents. The people not paying attention, too busy talking. NO cellphones while driving pull to the side of the road or have a earpiece so your hands will be FREE.

Lshauna1 I believe that cellphones will have a effect on your hearing some where in your life. It sound as if the people was not paying attention in school to be misspelling words, and using improper grammar.
