MTPOCKETS2 I think I eat it like you do. One slice in hand at a time. However, I've seen someone invert one slice over the other slice and eat it like a sandwich. I think that would be a good way to eat a thin crust pizza.

MTPOCKETS2 According to my doctor it is the carbs that should be watched most carefully. It seems that the carbs are broken down into sugar and thus an overly amount of carbohydrate consumption is not good for the diabetic. Consult with your doctor or nutritionist about...
