How much hour per day do you sleep??

I read today that instead of sleeping for 6 to 8 hours per day at night, we could also sleep for 20 minutes every 4 hours. This way of sleeping is much more effective. Our neurons works more. We would be able to memorize things...

Do you find it hard to go to sleep when it is hot

I have a problem trying to get to sleep when it is soo hot as i find it soo hard to get comfortable to begin with.All i seem to do is toss and turn and end up only getting a few hours sleep of a night time.

MTURNER I am the same way, I have to be under covers at all times...I think its a since of security. The way that I cool off at night when I wake up sweating is by uncovering one leg. So that I still get the since of security and plus I'm cooled off.
