Beauty Sleep

I totally believe that how much sleep you get effects your appearance. I seem to look alot older when I have forfieted some of my sleep. Do you notice that you look older or drawn if you don't get enough sleep?

Ministry I notice I look awesome after I've slept for about 12 hours or so, but the days when I only sleep 2 -3 hours a night I look pretty horrible yeah :p lol
