mscott I found a wallet once when I was working. There was no id in it so I turned it into the service desk. No one came for it for three months so the manager said I could have it. It actually paid to do the right thing in that case, literally .

Lee Ka After reading your discussion, then only I think of my habit of wearing clothes. I think I do not have any special order of wearing shirt first or pant first, sometimes I wear pants first, but sometimes I wear shirt first.

katsalot1 I put on top before bottom, so that I can tuck the shirt or blouse in as I get dressed, otherwise you can feel the cold button or zip on your tummy!

glords Set up a time limit and then reward yourself for reaching that. Say if I can focus for an hour I'm going to ... something you enjoy, preferably something healthy, like go to the gym or eat a healthy snack.
