Does anyone know what happens after a section 8 informal hearing?

I recently lost my section 8 housing. They stated I violated rules. I requested for an informal hearing which it happened and I already received the notice stating that the panel agrees with the decision of terminating my voucher....

in the section 8 program if 3 people live in a unit can they have a 3 bedroom house?

NoRights It depends on who the 3 people are, female or Male and age! Meaning 1 adult 1 boy child and 1 girl child= yes you would quailfy for a 3 bedroom. But if all 3 people are adults then no you would only quailfy for a 2 bedroom.
