Ozarkgirl It depends on your illness. Also sleep does not always work for headaches. I have some real bad headaches and I can go to bed with a headache and then wake up many hours later with the same headache that is as bad as it was when I went to bed or worse.

Ozarkgirl Here in the states people go out on Friday Nights and Saturday Nights and rest on Sunday before going back to work on Monday. Friday and Saturday nights in the states are BIG date nights for most people. Thanks for sharing and Happy Mylotting!!
