WE have this colleague who has been annoying us all. She was 55 and we once believed that it was all due to her age why she acts differently. But we don't have problem with our fellow co workers who are even a year older than her....

Rhonda1 If you have to ask yourself that question than you probably need to change jobs. As a previous Store Manager for a big box retailer I can tell you the .22 cents that you received is better then most associates get. I have seen as little as zero to .01. Now...
