how many people here exercise daily and when? i try to go for a walk in the evening but some people say that walk in the evening is not that fruitful. morning walk is much better but i cannot go for a morning walk as i have a 1yr...

RoJeffyJ I do exercise daily. i get up in the morning and run to the gym half asleep so that my wrokout is half finished before im even awake. its a fantastic way to start the day. it has also helped me overcome my food issues...:)

I am Just wondering if there Are other men out there who have strugled with this problem or other weight issues. I know alot of girls talk about this but its rare for men to come out and talk.
