RockingA I like online shopping. Cheaper then offline, I think. I use amazon a lot to shop a lot of different stuffs. From pots and pans to books and DVDs. And even my sewing machine. And I shop some band clothes online too. But only the brand I'm very familiar with...

RockingA You can try start one day. But only apples on that day. I'm pretty sure about the way I told you. Only eat apples for 3 days. It's very popular in Japan. You see how skinny those Japanese people are?

RockingA Apple contains very low calories. So no matter how many you eat, the total calories won't be higher than what you usually have daily. So unless you have diabetes, I don't think you need to worry about the sugar the apple contains.

RockingA Try 3-day apple diet. In three days, you only eat apples, washed and peeled. Usually 2-3 apples are enough for each meal. But if you are still hungry, you can have some more. And if you feel like you have bowel movement problem, on the third day, you can have...
