How many of you like to look at the sky while walking? I remember it was fun to do it when I was a child and nobody bothered but after growing up people find it weird. I wish people enjoy the simple things of life :)

Zaza I use guided meditation on YouTube by Bob Baker or Nimja, sometimes it helps to make me calmer, to stay focus, to quiet the mind so I can finish my work. It's not always working, but I think it's good.
