Women and weight

I do not know why, but I heard that on average women consumes 344 more calories per day than 35 years ago... Currently about 61% are overweight, and 35 years ago only 41% were overweight... Is there a problem with all the food...

Season2 Yeah,those foods make people put on weight easily, but I think lacking of exercise is another reason

Is long-distance race a good to keep healthy?

This month several news reported that young people were dead or injured after long-distance race. From my own experience, I think to young people 1000 and 5000 is not a big problem for their body. But I do not like keeping healthy...

Season2 O,I think it depends on your body, some people feel quite good after long-distance race while some feel tired, maybe you can try jogging, it's quite good, I think.
