according to the most people i asked, they are very comfortable using firefox than explorer because of the pop up's thing which they do not like it! base also to the survey explorer carries a lot of viruses! is this true or it's...

SellGoldOnline Firefox has better phishing and virus protection. And if you browse the web with the NoScript plugin you are almost untouchable.

How much weight can you lose in one month if you exercise a few hours a day and only drink water and maybe eat some vegetables daily?

SellGoldOnline A lot, but you will suffer a lot of muscle and organ loss during the process. It's always better to eat healthy then not at all.
