How much weight can you lose in one month if you exercise a few hours a day and only drink water and maybe eat some vegetables daily?

I have no idea but I think that it would be a lot. Since I have not exercised for a long time and I have never been in a regular diet I can’t say the exact amount. But back then when I did exercise and I was eating healthier than now I did lose around 2 or more pounds a week. But the temptation always made me fall away from the healthy eating since I love sweets and fatty foods.

It all depends on the person and how your metabolize reacts and what not but remember even if you do this for a month your body is going to get use to it and therefore if you go back to a regular diet and everything your body will start storing even more fat meaning you'll gain more weight then you lost. The best thing to do is to eat a balanced healthy diet that you can stick with long term and follow an exercise routine that at least has you doing 30 minutes of activity 3 days a week. Plus I have read countless times its not good to lose more than 1 lb a week so 4 lbs a month is the healthy way especially since otherwise it will live you with skin flab that normally takes surgery to remove since when you gain weight you are stretching out your skin.

A lot, but you will suffer a lot of muscle and organ loss during the process. It's always better to eat healthy then not at all.
