When you slept your lamp ON or OFF ?

I always turn off my lamp . Because I can't sleep with the light. It's make my eyes sick and then I fell so hot .. and I ever read article that slept in the dark it's better , make your skin healthy

Hanni Harel @Shanndy When it is our Jewish Sabbath or our holidays when we cannot do anything the lamp stays on till the Sabbath or holiday is over. When we have regular days the lamp is off for sleeping.

Live in city we musnt go far from house to mall . If We need someting erlier to get it Live in village . Cozy for air still fresh . Many beautifull places

Hanni Harel @Shanndy I have been a city person most of my life. I am not sure I could ever live in a village or small town because people would know your business. If one is private they would not want others to know things about them.
