Shinyqiu my friends,what you analysed sounds so reasonable and intensive and i think that the insomnia maybe cause by both physical and mental.for fommer,i am a homegirl,seriouly lack of exercise to outdoor.so i can't sleep well because of feet ache if i go shopping...

Shinyqiu I agree with your opinion that what is broken can never be mended forever.My friends all use this sentence to comfort me.well,i just stick to not anser his call despite of what desire i want to answer.
