SirDraco7 possibly. It depends on circumstances. If it was proven to be an accident and she freaked and panicked(which it most likely was) then no. If it was no accident, if she willingly set out to kill or do her harm, then yes she should. I think the death...

I just read that she died today. I just wanted to write a short message as she did a lot to promote open sexuality, especially D/s, S&M and BDSM in general. She helped to make it ok to be kinky. And for that, she will be Missed....
