SteelyDanFan I posted my response before reading this one. You make a great point. I totally agree. Bart is a critical part of The Simpsons, but without Homer...the show would die a quick death.

SteelyDanFan Tough call. I would have to go with Homer. Bart is great, but I have to give Homer the edge for being a survivor. After all, how can someone be that stupid and live as long as he has. He has gone into space, rocked out with U2 and even played baseball...

SteelyDanFan If I had to pick only one, I would say season 3. The characters have become well developed, the stories were well written and there was a good mix of drama, fantasy and a little comedy mixed in.

SteelyDanFan I wouldn't go as far as to say he sucks, but I think there are many better choices. Especially, because I think this movie me re-energize the franchise, so you need someone who can grow with the role. Young is a soap veteran, but young enough and unknown...
