TheHawkBat I run a lot and play sports as much as I can. Usually run 10-15 miles a day (but I train to race). But even for beginners, running is one of the best ways to burn calories in a short time. Also just be careful what you eat.

Is anyone here a fan of the NBA? If so, what do you think of the Portland Trailblazers. They are my favorite team, and it is so great to see such a young team doing so well. And they are all classy people. About 4 or 5 years ago...

TheHawkBat I watched Mystery Men. I really love that movie and find it hilarious. It is definitely one of the more underrated movies. It stars Ben Stiller, and I love him. I find this to be one of his best movies as well. Its just a fun movie, nothing serious at all.
