cheongyc I used to build my own desktop computers. It's fun and I could learn more on the hardware portion of computing. But those are years back. Besides, since the pricing of computer parts are different for my place and your place, I just give some simple and basic...

Suggestion for a change here on myLot

ThePaintGuru @ThePaintGuru (541) • United States 1 Dec 08

Although I have pretty fast internet generally, myLot loads every page a bit slowly, probably because it's such a popular site. I'm happy that there are so many members always online sharing their thoughts, opinions, and advie but...

EAStanley I agree with you. Sometimes it takes so gosh darned LONG to wait for that tagging page to load that I just DON'T tag just because I'm irritated. Even though I know that it is better to tag, if I am already irritated by waiting for that page to load, then I...

Does it truly matter if God exists or not?

Sheepie @Sheepie (3112) • United States 1 Dec 08

Thoroughrob Do you have a soup kitchen or a homeless shelter near you? If so, how about volunteering some time at one. It may open their eyes faster than you think. I would also take the things that mean so much away and not give it back until they earn it. They would fix...

To what extent do you use free software?

ThePaintGuru @ThePaintGuru (541) • United States 30 Mar 08

In the forums where I hang out online, most people talk quite a bit about free, open-source software. Since MyLot is a lot less targeted, I was wondering whether there is a wider user group for this free software. Here are a few...
