Vamommen5 Sure, I eat it every day - I am from India. There is such a huge variety, that so far I have barely tried a very small percentage of Indian foods.

Vamommen5 This is a scam, - 100%. Do not give any bank details or transfer any money for "processing charges" if they ask. There are many variations of this scam, first ones originating out of Nigeria.

Vamommen5 What you have said is true. In my case traditional Indian herbal medicine (Ayurveda) worked, and after treatment for about 9 months, my BP is now normal. Ofcourse the usual low-sodium low-fat diet and exercise is a must, but no medication now!
