tooincome there was this old product a long time ago called "jump soles" pretty much you just attach those to your shoes and walk around/run in it to help build your calf muscles... soo, you can try doing toe-raisers or walk around on your tip-toes and do some squats to...

nigenh I would recommend you to go for eset nod32 or kaspersky or mcafee. These are the best in the class of antivirus. Always go for a genuine one i.e., buy one for your own use because the one which you download from internet which are cracked are not gonna be that...

rizzu87 I think there is no cricket left in rahul. Everyone wish to retire when they are the top of their form but i think he will waste time and will not contribute enough for india. He is a slow player and i think getting back in form would not be too easy for him....

oyenkai I think it's fairly good for a movie series but the books, as always, offer more than the movies. The books were well written and were witty and funny and thrilling - much unlike the Twilight series although it did get better in the last couple of books but...
