where have all the climate change dicussions gone?

during the extremes of last winter about one in five discussions in this section were on the lines of 'crikey i am freezing, therefore global warming must be a hoax' was never sure why unusual weather was taken as a sign climate...

absgits well... climate is sure getting weird. the summer here (tokyo, japan) is freaking hot while the winter is colder than ever and last longer! but i do hear about the climate change hoax...
