achilies ya as a captain he is ok but nowadays as a batsman his performance is not upto the mark...so he should be relieved for a while ..so that he can concentrate on his batting...

achilies ya i agree with u that it will demotivate him...when he is removed from captain ship...but if we just relieved him for a while and convince him that he is removed only so that he should concentrate on his batting ...then i m surethe point of demoralising him...
