Should abusive parents be sterilised?

If parents are found guilty of abusing their children and the children are taken away fro them, should they be sterilised? Many times it appears that they simply go out and get pregnant again and there is nothing to stop...

ok me and hubby got a gift card to a place and decided to go eat there and midway through our meal i hear this EERIE singing noise.. i look behind me and there is a huge table of like 8 people that have started some weird...

ajsousa88 yea, singing is not for the dinner table, especially in a restuarant. thats almost as bad as the waiters that have to bring out cake and sing some annoying happy birthday song
