Well, I have heard and read about Kamote or also known as Sweet potato. They say it is very nutritious and is good for dieting. Anyone here eat this? But, the only down side of this is you do release flatus alot.

alfie_caedo9 Yes its absolutely true that camote is good for dieting and you will also release a lot of flatus. Camote is a very nutritious food and this is one of my favorite snack.
