amy124 Oh yes! I was in 1st grade and the boy's name was Chad. He had invited me to his birthday party, and we hid in another room and had a totally g-rated kiss. His mom walked in and told him he had other guests that he needed to be with... My first "real" kiss...

amy124 I love to travel. The Marine Corps takes me all over the world. I've been to all of the 50 states and Guam, except Alaska and Florida. I've lived in Okinawa and spent 6 months in Fallujah, Iraq. I've spent time in Ireland, Kuwait, Mexico, and Canada.

amy124 Hi! I feel for you. I have the same problem. I finally went to the dermatologist and he gave me Benzamycin topical gel, 5% benzoyl peroxide gel, and Differin Gel .1% adapalene. I've been using for about a month now, and it has made me breakout even worse,...

Halloween is over, so on to the next holiday! What are you doing now to prepare for Thanksgiving? We have gotten a list together of which family is bringing which dishes to the neighborhood dinner, but that is all we have done.

amy124 Same for us. There is just too much other stuff going on to worry about constantly watering, picking up fallen needles, and dreading the clean up. Plus, the kids have fun helping put the tree together. Like a HUGE 3D puzzle!

amy124 I'm in the planning phase right now. I've got the kids making lists of what they want. I did buy an ornament that I saw on a display that went up two weeks ago, but is wasn't a gift, so I don't think that counts.

Should convicted felons lose their voting priviledges? Why should they or why shouldn't they?

7 responses

amy124 I agree with the point that they have repaid their debt to society, so allow them to vote again. Perhaps those that have served time are better qualified to vote on on propositions to reform prisons or for candidates that are proposing changes to the prison...

amy124 When I lived in Wisconsin, we would go outside, rake the leaves, jump in them, and have leafpile fights. Much like snowball fights, only it involves dumping buckets of leaves on the other team. It isn't as fun here in So Cal, due to the lack of tree that...
