I just got done reading this book, and I really enjoyed it. It really caused me to rethink my life a bit. I felt like Eddie, and now I realize I have helped people and I would really love to know who they are.

angelmirage Eating almost nothing is not a good way of dieting. You can try after-7. You won't eat carbohydrates after 7 in the evening. I heard it in Oprah and she said that it's effective. You could also try brisk walking thrice a week for 2 hours. It will burn some...
