Fishing and the Moon

Does the moon really play any part in whether or not the fish are biting? I've heard many different opinions about this but I don't know what to believe.

angelobaksh25 yes the moon does play a role in whether the fish bite or not. ive found that when there is a full moon i catch a lot more fish than usual. fish sense the moon phases and breed and feed according to the moon.
