well we can do milkshakes, have some chocolate added to it, use some protein products to get added, coffee, tea.... for me i like the flavor of boiling milk and ofcourse love to have it with chocolate essence with bread it...

anithamuly nokia, motorokr, kyosera slider, lg 2030. these are my mobile phones. currently i'm using Motorokr. its a great mobile + PDA. I use it all purpose, even a memory stick, it has 2 GB memory card option.

anithamuly i check my emails very often, even at work. when ever the notification pop's i check my emails. in a day, i open my gmail inbox for 20-30 times. i use gmail to store all my documents also. i lable all the email as soon as i read them so that i can retrieve...

anithamuly i think I'm addicted. I spend almost 12-14 hours a day including my working hours. after 3 years of being like this, i understood that this is hurting my eyes... i got to be a bit careful and follow my doctors instructions
