Wow, It's finally true! The cubs are .500 and in 2nd Place!!!39-39...Sure it's not good but still the cubs are WINNING!!! I haven't had this much fun as a cubs fan since 03' when we made playoffs(I hate Steve Bartman) But wow, 2...

arkstfan Wasn't our bullpen impressive today eating up all those innings and only giving up one walk. I see the Cubs winning the central if our rookies keep playing lights out and our vets keep hitting walk-offs combined with solid pitching.

How about Aramis Ramirez?

arkstfan @arkstfan (9) • United States 29 Jun 07

He blasted a 2-run walk of shot to finalize the cubs comeback from a 5-run deficit against the first place Brewers! What a huge hit... hopefully the Cubs can keep extending their win streak.

arkstfan I feel your pain... I recently went to Wrigley and had bullpen box seats like 2 rows up from the field and I only saw one ball hit in my direction the whole game, but I did get Mike Cameron and Adrian Gonzalez autographs.

Above Ground Pool or Disney Vacation?

rowantree @rowantree (1186) • United States 29 Jun 07

We have a choice to make. Our kids are ages 11 and 6. We can buy a 24 foot, 52 inch deep above ground pool or we can take the kids to DisneyWorld this Fall. Lots of pros and cons here. I am pretty sure we're all on board with...

arkstfan I would go for the pool because of the ability to use it continually, but make sure you do what your kids want.

I always lose on ebay to snipers!

4cuteboys @4cuteboys (4099) • United States 23 Jun 07

Do you use a snipe program when you bid on ebay? I use a program but rarely, usually that takes too much effort for me and I just bid and hope for the best, or do a buy it now if its available. I always lose to the snipers, ahhh....

arkstfan You can get these sniping programs for free, just Google it; but be careful who you give your account info to.

Whats the Deal with 1run Games

parkieJ @parkieJ (13) • United States 24 May 07

We just cant win them. I mean NO RUN SUPPORT at all. Again to night normal CUB fashion base's loaded 1 out DOUBLE PLAY. Is it ever going to change. I now have actually started watchin the RedSox for a AL team.

arkstfan Biggest reason is the bullpen is a bunch of comedians, that while funny at times, can be frustrating on the mound. The cubs aren't going to change without a new owner who gets better players. The game today was a great example up 8-3 going into the ninth, and...

New Catcher?

djbizmonkey34 @djbizmonkey34 (633) • United States 23 Jun 07

So how are you liking this new catcher? He looks to be pretty good thus far and it seems like the pitchers like him.

arkstfan Rob Bowen is a much better defensive catcher than Barret was, defense comes before offense at this position. The relationship with pitchers is vital and I think Bowen can achieve this with a little time, unlike Barret who hit more people than baseballs. All in...
