aryardian hmmm u should have an eye rest for about 20 minutes when work or have an activity on computer. N i think u can drink a glass of chocolate milk when prepare to sleep just like me.

aryardian Definitely Win 7 than vista. because vista consume lots of memory to handle the graphics interface on it and this has been enhanced by win 7.

aryardian dyou mean that your windows xp got error n u ca not run it? n u wanna back up your data right? if so u can use linux n use LIVE mode n u just copy n paste it on your new external disk cmiiw
