asolero yes! Medical Care is a good thing! I work on an online Canada pharmacy and we have been receiving orders from US residents mostly because their healthcare assistance is never been that good, "this is according to customers i handled".

asolero you're right... for us busy people, we don't consider this as our main source of income.. but the beauty that this site is giving it's every member is truly remarkable.. responding and posting comments and a way of giving you extra $$$ is not bad! happy...

asolero try to talk to second level support (the supervisor)... sometimes, it is better to talk to them since the have been into business for quite sometime.. they already know the in and outs of their business... everyone i'm sure is very much willing to help you...

asolero this happened to me as well... there are times that we need to accept that agents refuse to handle the call.... however it is still our responsibilty to address every customer's concern to their satisfaction.
