i'm looking for a soup to make but i dont often do so and i need some ideas. what are some of your favorite soups you like to make? maybe if you have a good one you could give me the recipe or link me to a site that has it....

webeishere I have no idea on this as I'm an alcoholic & avoid alcohol religiously. I don't use most cough syrups as they have alcohol. Vannila Extract is alcoholic etc etc. But welcome to myLot. Happy postings from Grandpa Bob

sedel1027 I always thought that it depended on the amount of alcohol used as well as how the food is prepared. Alcohols boiling point is lower than water, so if you are heating the food to waters boiling point and you cook it long enough, the alcohol will burn off.
