Do we ever tell people exactly how we are or how we are feeling? Do they actually ever want to know when they ask how we are?

azharapt ofcourse we do,don't u think it's offen happened when we feel sad, tire, lonely.by saying something like ouch,uh.not all people care abaut some one alse.so when we need some one choose the corect one to share

how do you handle stress.. me, just take a rest for the whole day, read books, relaxing while watching movies... stress will definitely make you look older..

azharapt i pray as ussualy as moeslem 5 tmes morning prayer, day, evening 3 times. it ussualy reduce it but still we must find the couse of our stress,to make it right
