hey guys i am see stars with your profile fotos.stars with numbers e.g 7 , 8 or even 9 and 10 so on. what does that mean? these stars represent what? i am a new user please inform.

hey guys when we accept a task and submitt after completing. now if we did not done in correctly, it will be rejected. My question is that is this rejection effects our future reputation and earning capacity. plz guide.
