bikramkumar BBC has started Text service to help smokers quit cigarette. smokers will be able to receive help and support to quit the habit via text message and emails.so plz use this to quit cigarette so that yopu ncan be a healthy man.

yoga is must

i think we should all do yoga atleast for 1 hour in a day,because it keeps doctor away.by doing yoga u can make ur body & mind healthy.
