Do you go for a walk after eating?

Recently i read in a book that after eating, you are not supposed to go for a walk because when you walk, the organs in your body spend energy in doing that and the digestive system gets less energy. So, it digests very slowly....

billupk217 according to my suggestion you should not walk immediately.. you shoul rest for at least 15 to 20 minutes and then walk as you want
